On December 26th, the grand 20th Anniversary Celebration of Shangbaoluo Co., Ltd. and the Licensing Ceremony of the National Pulp Pump Standard was held solemnly at the company. Distinguished merchants from Southeast Asia and the Middle East overseas, heads of papermaking associations from multiple provinces and cities across the country, as well as client partners who have walked hand in hand with Shangbaoluo, gathered together. They jointly witnessed the brilliant 20-year journey of this enterprise deeply rooted in the field of energy-saving technology, and drew a brand-new blueprint for green development together.

This celebration event consists of three agenda items: first, the awarding of the national standard certification; second, project signing; and third, commendation of outstanding contributors.

For the national standard certification award, Mr. Wang Zhiguo, Dean of the College of Light Industry and Food Science at Nanjing Forestry University, specially sent a congratulatory letter, which embodies the academic circle’s recognition and expectations for Shangbaoluo. The unveiling ceremony for the first drafting unit of the national standard GB/T26115-2025 Centrifugal Pulp Pumps was held, with Mr. Wang Yan, Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Pump Standards, and Mr. Jin Ling, Deputy County Mayor of Baoying County People’s Government, invited as the guest unveilers. This honor is the crystallization of Shangbaoluo’s 20 years of technical accumulation, a high recognition of the company’s R&D strength and industry influence by the National Technical Committee for Pump Standards, and more importantly, marks Shangbaoluo’s official status as a standard-setter in the pulp pump industry. Mr. Jin Ling, Deputy County Mayor of Baoying County People’s Government, delivered a speech, affirming Shangbaoluo’s 20-year development achievements and pointing out the direction for the company’s future development.

The event also included a project signing session. Shangbaoluo Company signed two separate agreements: one with Shijiazhuang Jinzhou Chenhong Paper Industry Co., Ltd. for a 5200×800m corrugated paper project, covering a total of 34 sets of pulp pumps; and the other with Vietnam Hoang Van Thu Paper Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a 4800×850m container board project, involving 83 sets of pulp pumps.

The signing ceremony was jointly witnessed by Mr. Jin Ling, Deputy County Mayor of Baoying County People’s Government; Mr. Jiang Haifeng, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Baoying County People’s Congress; Mr. Tang Wenwu, Director of Baoying County Administration for Market Regulation; Mr. Wang Cheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Baoying County Federation of Industry and Commerce; and Mr. Bai Mingyin, Mayor of Shanyang Town.
